Methodology:

Firstly the Danish consultant meets with the management of the exporting business. When the success criteria and personal profile for the job have been discussed and understood, we contact our colleagues in the country where the foreign domicile is or is to be established. At this stage we clarify all the open questions about correct market salary and other local conditions that may be influential. In the light of these conditions, we can provide an estimate for the cost of a total salary package for a person at the average level
and at the top level in the country in question.

Our fees are competitive and will always provide our clients with a high ROI.
We offer:

  • Two consultancies' united competence to quickly and effectively present 2–3 top candidates. Typically in 4–8 weeks.
  • One responsible consultant who speaks Danish but at the same time is capable of presenting the client's particular requirements and needs to the foreign partner.
  • The actual assignment is carried out by a headhunter and specialist acquainted with the place who research the market and check the candidates' CVs and references.
  • The assessment centre presentation takes place with the Danish consultant and the foreign consultant in charge. In English, unless otherwise agreed.
